This is a private, whole-house rental.
You will have the entire building to yourselves, with no shared spaces and no other guests.

On clear nights, you can enjoy a breathtaking sky filled with countless stars.
※If you are coming from the Yamanashi area, there is a supermarket called “Ogino” located just after exiting the Nagasaka IC.
If you are coming from the Saku area, there are several supermarkets near the Saku IC. We recommend stopping there to purchase any necessities before heading to the lodge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, and tableware.
A local market called Bikkuri Ichiba, where you can purchase fresh highland vegetables, is located about 3 minutes away by car.
Enjoy cooking with fresh local ingredients during your stay.
Please note: the market may be closed during the winter season.

薪ストーブをご利用の際は、必ず注意事項を守ってください。
火の取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。
Please follow all instructions when using the wood-burning stove.
Be extremely careful when handling fire.
⑥ 危険箇所・自己責任 / Safety & Personal Responsibility
建物内および敷地内には、階段や段差など危険な箇所があります。
ご利用中の怪我や事故について、当施設は責任を負いかねます。
There are stairs, steps, and other potentially hazardous areas inside the house and on the property.
Guests are responsible for their own safety. The property is not liable for any injuries or accidents.

施設・備品を破損・汚損された場合は、修理費等をご請求させていただく場合があります。
Guests may be charged for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents.
⑧ 貴重品・盗難について / Valuables & Theft

ペットの同伴は原則としてご遠慮いただいております。

Our log house has been carefully maintained for over a quarter of a century.
While you can enjoy the warmth of natural wood and the character that comes with age, there may be certain areas where signs of time are noticeable.
We take great care in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene; however, guests seeking a brand-new, flawless environment or those who are particularly sensitive to minor imperfections may find it not entirely suitable.

道路の特性上、舗装の歪みや凹凸、ぬかるみが生じる場合がございます。
特に車高の低いお車は、路面状況によっては車体の下部を擦る可能性や、雨天時・雪解け時には泥はね等が生じる場合がございます。

Access to the property is via a rural farm road.
Due to the nature of the road, there may be uneven pavement, bumps, or muddy sections depending on the season and weather conditions.
Vehicles with low ground clearance may scrape the underside, and mud splashes may occur during rainy or thawing periods.
We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend careful driving when approaching the property.

A：コンビニ（ローソン、セブンイレブン）は近隣にありますが、スーパーマーケットは車で約15～20分程度かかります。
ナナーズ川上店（車：約15分）／オギノ長坂店（車：約25分）／肉と魚と総菜のお店わたなべ長坂（車：約25分）／ナナーズ小海店（車：約20分）
Q：八ヶ岳を登山したいのですが。
A：ごんじゅの森から車で約15分ほどの杣添尾根（そまぞえおね）から横岳や赤岳へ登る登山ルートがございます。
八ヶ岳以外にも、ご家族で楽しめる登山コースもございますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
Q：アメニティーはありますか？
A：準備をしているアメニティは次の通りです。
シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、ドライヤー、フェイスタオル、バスタオル(おひとり各1枚ずつ)、
※スキンケア品やカミソリ、歯ブラシはご用意がございませんので、必要な方はご持参下さい。
※パジャマ、ゆかた類のナイトウェアもご準備はございません。

A：年代物ではありますが、ご自由にお使いいただけます。
Q：バーベキューはできますか？
A：バーベキューコンロをご用意しておりますので、炭や食材をご持参いただければお楽しみいただけます。
その際は、準備および後片付けもご自身でお願いいたします。

Q：花火はできますか？
A：手持ち花火程度であればお楽しみいただけます。
